Q. How do I purchase ‘half price for locals’ tickets?

A: You will need to visit our web page specifically for the half price tickets and select the date and time you’d like to visit, add as many tickets as you need into your basket and complete the purchase. Q. Is there a limit on the number of half-price tickets I can purchase?

A: Yes, purchases are capped at ten tickets per transaction.

Q. Do I have to book a timeslot?

A: The Easter holidays can be a very busy time for us so to make sure everyone has the space they need to explore, we have limited the number of people that can enter as part of this offer throughout the day. This means you will need to book a timeslot but don’t worry if you’re not sure when to book for, we’re able to cancel and amend timeslots easily if your plans do change! You can do this here insert link.

Q. Can I purchase ‘half price for locals’ tickets on the door?

A. No, this is an online offer only.

Q. Is this offer valid on Universal Credit too?

A: Yes, these tickets will only be available to purchase on the door. For Universal Credit tickets, proof of eligibility is required which can include a letter from DWP confirming receipt of Universal Credit, a bank statement showing a transaction from DWP or an email from DWP confirming receipt of Universal Credit.

Q: The date/time slot I want to book is not showing any availability?

A: This means that date or timeslot is fully booked, and you’ll need to choose another date or time to visit. Mornings tend to be most popular, so try looking at time slots from 12pm onwards.

Q. Will I have to show proof of address when I arrive?

A BS postcode must be entered in the billing details field at the time of purchase. This will be checked on arrival, and you may be asked to provide proof such as a utility bill, council tax bill or ID showing your residential address to verify.
